First licensed in 1990, in Vail Colorado, she has always worked in second home and resort markets, while appreciating the unique needs of local residents. She is an active real estate investor and has used 1031 Tax-deferred exchanges as well as self-directed IRA/Retirement account funds. A believer in continually updating her skills, she holds many advanced real estate designations and certifications.
