Pat Garner

Pat Garner’s real estate career began back in 1989 when interest rates were 18%. For those able to recall that era, Pat helped numerous clients buy and sell properties despite the market conditions. Fast forward to 2004 when the market took off again. In a period of two years, Pat helped over one hundred families buy and sell real estate to fulfill their dreams and goals. By 2009, Pat had accepted a leadership position as the branch manager for a real estate office in San Diego and in 2012; she accepted the role of Designated Broker for the company. She oversaw two thousand licensees, eight office managers and 130 agents in the San Diego area. The desire to help Realtors help their clients was her primary focus. In 2013, Pat was recognized by her peers and the San Diego Association of Realtors as Broker of the Year. She was extremely honored to be recognized with such a prestigious award. From mentoring to coaching, Pat has guided Realtors to succeed in the ever evolving, demanding, and rewarding industry. Pat has been involved in thousands of transactions and has seen about every scenario possible which is not to say something new will not come up. Fortunately, Pat loves new challenges. She is respected in the local real estate community and brings vast knowledge and experiences to the table. She believes that whom people work with is of utmost importance; she works under the guiding principles of a strong work ethic and implacable integrity.
