My wife and I recently bought a home with Pat’s help.
Pat knew exactly what we wanted after we met with him and he showed us several that met our needs. Pat was always available and returned my calls quickly. As we settled in on our dream home I felt like Pat was as excited if not more for than we were.
When we got to the point of settlement Pat walked us through each part slowly, while it may be old hat for the agents we only do this process once every 20 yrs. It was very comforting to have Pat in our corner every step of the way. If you are looking for an agent I highly recommend partnering with Pat.

My fiancé and I were very impressed with Pat while working with him over the last few months. During this time, we looked at many listings, and Pat would not hold back if he didn't think it was the right fit for us––and every time it aligned with how we felt, too. Pat's philosophy is to treat his clients as though you are family or friends: he won't sell you a home he believes to be a poor investment just so he can earn his commission. He is a dedicated agent who will commit as much time is necessary to finding the right home for you. Pat also advises you to know your budget and to stick to it! He truly cares and has your best interests at heart.

In our experience, Pat was easy to talk to; knowledgable about his profession; considerate of our wishes when it came to what we were looking for in a home; friendly; honest as can be; and devoted to us as clients. In fact, we spent so much time with him, if he didn't mention his other clients (who he drove miles and miles to work with––Pat resides in Bucks County but also serves the greater Philadelphia and New Jersey areas!), I would have thought he was working solely with us. We would be at one listing and he could tell it wasn't right so I'd mention that I'd seen another online and he'd say, "let's go!" and we'd be on our way.

We first met Pat when we were looking to purchase a new home and boy did we find a diamond among the rocks. Pat Lewis without fail is the most diligent, thorough, articulate and loyal agent in my opinion you can find on this planet. He will fight for you until he gets you the best deal. If a deal is bad he holds no punches and will let you know. Recently we hired Pat to sell our first home and he came through. He pulled off what seemed impossible. I am still surprise that an agent with this much talent is not a high ranking executive at a major real estate firm. I would not used another agent to handle my real estate needs. Pat Lewis isn't just a real estate agent, he is a down to earth man who treats you like an old friend and looks out for your best interest. My wife and I worked with him over the course of 2 years of house hunting and securing funds to purchase our first home. He started to help us before we even knew what we wanted and made the process as smooth as he could all the way to signing the last page at settlement. He was always elated to see us and answer any questions we could think of even when I would call him during the weekend. If you are looking for a real estate agent that will go to bat for you and never compromise his integrity, Pat Lewis is the first person you should call.

If you want in more depth how much he help, keep reading. We first met Pat when trying to look for a house in 2017. We looked at a few houses but ran out of time to make a decision if we should renew our apartment lease so we dropped the idea of getting a home that year. The next year (2018) when it was time to start looking again, we called Pat up and he remembered us right away. We had a more concrete idea of what we wanted and got right to it. We found a home and started the process with the seller and lender. The lender was anything but helpful and when Pat noticed they were taking advantage of us and our inexperience with the steps needed to get everything in order. Pat immediately called them and straightened everything out. He was adamant on sticking up for us and demanding everyone treat us with respect. We talked almost everyday up to closing, making sure any wrinkles on our end were ironed out and there would be no surprises at the settlement.

If we had to start looking to buy another house tomorrow. I would definitely call him right away and know that he would make it happen. I will keep his phone number saved in my phone for the rest of my life. I consider him a friend and know he will always answer, willing to help in any way he can.
