My husband and I were looking to buy our first home and after dealing with our first realtor who was rude and unprofessional, we decided we needed a new realtor. We came across Pat Mickle's information and decided to contact her. From the very beginning she was pleasant to speak to and very professional. We had a basic idea of what we wanted but not much else, not to mention we didn't know what to look for when we did go look at houses ( type of roof, how much money in upgrades had been made, is it in a busy neighborhood, water damage etc). Pat took the time to show us different layouts and helped us narrow down a layout that fit our needs. She is very patient and very knowledgeable. I can't tell you how many different houses we saw and how much time we spent looking at houses. I love the fact that every house that we went to she pointed out new upgrades and possible work we would have to consider. Given Pat's experience in the business she gave us accurate estimates on how much repairs would cost and how much money was put into renovating a particular home. Pat is very experienced and knows what she is talking about. Pat is very reliable, when she tells you she will get back to you she does. She goes above and beyond to ensure you get accurate information. She is up to date with technology and is able to look up stats and info on a house right on the spot. Pat worked around our work schedules and made it very easy and convenient. After finding the perfect house Pat and her team worked hard to get us into our new home. Pat set up all the necessary inspections and walked us through every step of the process. She was available whenever I needed answers and responded almost immediately whether by phone, text or email. Once we moved into our new home Pat called and emailed us to follow up on us and the house. This lady is amazing; she works for you not for the money. She makes sure that your needs are met and will work hard to find you a house that is right for you. A few of our friends have been looking to buy houses in the area and we have already recommended Pat and her team of professionals. My wife and I had made a decision to sell our big house in Lincoln and downsize. We were determined that we were going to move into a 55+ manufactured home park. Pat was the agent that met with us at the home we wanted to see in that park. She took the time to ask us what we were wanting to do, showed us some numbers on tax and depreciation and convinced us to look for a house instead. She worked with us on the staging of our house to get the max selling price and was always available to answer any questions or concerns. Pat became more than our real estate agent...she became our friend. Her honesty and up-front, this is what I think about this property was a breathe of fresh air when we were looking at potential properties to buy and we really felt confident that she was working for us and not just trying to get a sale. She impressed us so much, that our adult children (who live with us) want to use Pat when they get ready to purchase their first home next year. If you want a realtor that is looking out for your best interest, Pat is that person! My husband and I recently purchased our home in Roseville. Thanks so much for all your patience, guidance, and professionalism in finding me that “perfect house” in Granite Bay! As you know, we looked at many, many homes over a one + year period, put in multiple offers, and watched as the market continued its price decline, but you truly hung in there with me until my “ideal house” (at a great price) came on the market. My wife and I were exploring a new job offer and needed to make a decision. We did not know what our home was worth and wanted to make sure we would be able to afford a home in the new location. We needed to make a decision fast. We contacted Pat and she said that she would do some research and get back to us. Pat was true to her word and gave us an estimate of what our home would be worth the following morning. Pat asked if she could come and visit us the following day to talk about her market research. Pat met with my wife and I and talked about the research. The research was accurate and their marketing plan was well thought out. What I feel is important about this paragraph is Pat did the research and created a marketing plan knowing that we were not committed to sell at this point in time. We contacted other real-estate agents and they did not want to talk to us seriously. We sold our home at full asking price with a cash offer within three days of making the home available to the public. Our open house was a great success. It was difficult to find a place to park around our house on the day of the open house. We had a few offers to choose from after our 1st open house and we did get one of the highest prices in the neighborhood.
