About Pat

Pat is a lifelong native of NC. Her business experience started over 40 years ago in the furniture business and from there to the insurance and real estate business. Before moving to the Lake Norman area, she worked 38 years for one of the larger insurance and real estate firms in Greensboro and while there served as Operations Manager, Corporate Secretary-Treasurer and was also on the Board of Directors.

Pat is currently a licensed NC Real Estate Broker/Realtor® and a member of the Charlotte Regional Realtor® Association. She also maintains a NC Property and Casualty Insurance License as well as a Life, Accident & Health License and has an Associate in Automation Management from the Insurance Institute of America.

Pat's hobbies include beading, boating, and reading. She is never happy just sitting still, so rest assured, she will go to all lengths to help you find the home of your dream or to market and sell your current home so you can move on to that new dream home or the next phase of your life.
