Despite my property being out of state, he stayed fully involved and guided me every step of the way, connecting me with reliable people he knew in that area. Honestly, if it wasn’t for Patrice, I wouldn’t have been able to find tenants for my property. Truly a 10/10 experience!

As first time homebuyers, we were nervous about the whole process. Luckily we came across Patrice when wanting to tour a co-op in the Douglaston/Little Neck area. Patrice was extremely friendly and knowledgeable the entire time, providing good advice and even great references when we needed new banks and lawyers ASAP to continue with the application. He always worked with us and our schedules and made sure to get answers to every question we had. Could not have done this without him, Patrice has been a big help in getting us our first home!
