Patricia Bennett

Tricia began her real estate career after selling her family-owned business, Bennett Brothers Yachts, a custom yacht builder and yacht restoration boatyard in Wilmington a few years ago. As the former President of Bennett Brothers Yachts, Tricia’s leadership and entrepreneurial spirit made her an Entrepreneur of the Year Nominee with Ernst and Young, reflecting her commitment to excellence and innovation in the business world. However, her true passion lies in building and nurturing the community she calls home.

?Relocating from Connecticut over 30 years ago, Tricia has not only witnessed the transformation of the Wilmington real estate market but actively participated in it as a business owner, property builder, and successful investor in residential and commercial properties.

When not sharing her passion for Southeastern North Carolina and all that Wilmington and the surrounding areas have to offer, Tricia is an active volunteer in a number of non-profit organizations including Cape Fear Habitat for Humanity, Big Buddy Program, Wilma Mentorship Program, Homes of Hope India, etc. You might even see her running the streets preparing for her next ultramarathon with the Without Limits running group!
