Patty deserves all the recognition in the world! She helped my family of 5 find our forever home on a pretty short time constraint. We are forever grateful for all that she has done for us! She is truly an amazing human being. She is honest, kind-hearted, super sweet and incredibly professional. Her top priority is to find you the home of your dreams! She works with you every single step of the way. She answers all of your questions, at any time of day. She explains things in detail and is very responsive! She had a ton of referrals to help us speed things along during the whole process. She was available and flexible for tours any day of the week, which was really great for us since we had to work around our daughters' school schedules. She is a fantastic negotiator and her attention to detail is superb! She noticed things during walkthrough that we would have never seen with our own eyes. She has been amazing to work with and I still keep in touch with her even after our closing. She has become a true friend! You can count on her for anything and everything. If you choose to work with Patty, she will do whatever it takes to find your forever home! I will always recommend her when friends and family ask me if I know of a great Real Estate Agent because she is simply the best!

Patty helped us with the sale of our long time home. She is very knowledgeable about the real estate market in our area. She worked very hard to get an and all information necessary for the sale, evaluating our house relative to other recent sales, and getting the house prepared for sale. Patty is extremely responsive and checked in with us frequently during the sales process. It is very helpful to have an experienced and knowledgeable agent like Patty helping with the entire sales process.
