About Patricia

Originally licensed in 1974, Patty has continually practiced the sale of real estate without a break since then. Earning a broker's license in 1983, she purchased the Century 21 franchise in the fall of 1984 and operated it until she and her then business partner sold to Coldwell Banker Select in 2015. During her career, she has brokered thousands of farm and ranch properties, development properties, and subdivisions as well as commercial projects and multifamily complexes.

Patty was recognized as being number 41 in the top fifty real estate professionals in the United States in 2007 for extraordinary sales activity.

2006 was a year of giving back, and the origination of the Austin Kirby Foundation, named in honor of Patty's grandson, led to Austin's House, the Carson Valley Children's Home, becoming a reality. She continues to provide leadership and support to the Foundation.

In 2011, Patty was named one of the 150 most influential people in Douglas County, NV over the past 150years. A much-appreciated honor.

Patty continues to work full time in the Coldwell Banker Select Office and can be reached at her desk where she continues to broker major development projects as well as her first love... farms and ranches. Residential real estate is a daily part of her business practice.
