Patricia Colbert was raised in New Jersey and obtained her BA in Political Science from the University of South Florida. Patricia brings a strong client-focused mindset to every real estate transaction. After earning her real estate license in 2013 and Broker’s license in 2014, she helped more than 20 families successfully buy and sell homes in the Charlotte, NC.
In 2016, she expanded her career to Atlanta, specializing in new construction sales for over seven years, primarily serving the active adult community. Her deep understanding of the new construction process provides her clients with a distinct advantage in today’s competitive market. From strong relationships with local builders, knowledge of community developments, negotiations to timelines, upgrades, and contracts, she helps her clients confidently navigate each step of the journey.
