Patricia was extremely helpful, proactive and professional when it came to tenant placement for my townhome. She handled all aspects of the lease agreement, touring, running credit reports and screening all applicants to find the best fit and all done under 30 days. Highly recommended and would use again.

She would go above and beyond with suggestions, the information I needed, she would always keep me up to date and was super responsive. Thanks to her I found a home I’m happy with. Patricia made buying a new home (while still living across the country) an absolute breeze. Just as we were ready to start the process of purchasing a home in Florida, shut downs hit an all time high and we were not going to be able to travel in order to see properties. Patricia helped us by finding properties, visiting our favorite ones in person, and making herself available in every way possible (despite being in a different time zone). Even after we were officially owners of our new home, she went above and beyond in order to help us get things ready before moving in. Things such as meeting with fence companies at our new property, being present for epoxy floor install, and checking to make sure our grass wasn't overgrown were so very much appreciated by my husband and I. Patricia is amazing!
