Working in Real Estate since June of 1997. Started when it was very slow market. My time during the slow months was mostly viewing houses that were on the market and getting familiar with the inventory. Fortunately it was not wasted time because the Market turned around soon after and by the following June I was Selling and Listing. Open houses became a popular way of Marketing and then Multiple Listing. I was very successful and from a Sales Agent I became an Associate Broker. Soon after I opened my own office under the name of, "DeLuca Hamptons Realty." I enjoyed he business, and was successful at it. During that time I sold from Million Dollar Homes to Mobile Park Homes in the day "20,000" dollars ! Condo's from $250,000 to $750,000. After 9 years of being an Owner, I joined an office Douglas Elliman. Presently I am with Coldwell Banker Reliable Real Estate. the Market has slowed but we see a steady incline, of Listings and Buyers. Selling Real Estate and Rentals have given me the opportunity to become in contact with so many different people, and I have remained friends with many of them. I am interested in helping my Clients with the information that they need to make the right decision and get them to the Closing as happy "campers"!
