Patricia received her real estate license in 1971, and opened Hepner Realty Inc. She has her Brokers license in real estate and has completed the CRI, CRS, CRB and graduated the Leadership institute through the Chamber of Commerce, a Lifetime Member of the Multi-Million Dollar. A member of the National State and Local Realtors Association Arkansas Appraisal Section of A.R.A. Arkansas Appraisal Board, Woman’s Council of Realtors (since 1974). Name Outstanding Young Women of America in 1970, Arkansas and National Chapter of CRS, and a lifetime member of the Conway Jr. Auxiliary League she served six years with the Red Cross Military Board, volunteered at the Human Development Center, volunteers to work at the Special Olympics when held in Conway, and volunteers as a board of director and a bell ringer for the Salvation Army.

Certified in Radiology, she has an appraisal license, auctioneers' license, and the Honor of being inducted into the Faulkner County Board Hall of Fame 2009. Being a member of the Conway Area Chamber since 1972 became rewarding to Pat. Graduating from their leadership institute but she is a volunteer and ambassador for the ribbon cuttings for new businesses, and member of the leads group. Growing up on a farm gave Pat an advantage and a true grass roots education. 4-H as a child was her social activity and made a daily activity of studying the Bible.
