Patricia Irvin

Experienced North and South Carolina Real Estate Broker. Born in Barranquilla, Colombia, Studied abroad in Paris, she speaks fluent English, French, and Spanish her native language. Her career as a former Diplomat has equipped her with the tools necessary to provide excellent client care and strong negotiating skills. She has a unique ability to build relationships with her customers and everyone she comes in contact with. She is very involved with the community and serve in several Boards in Cleveland, Mecklenburg, and Gaston County. She is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Carolina Federal Credit Union and has been since 2010. She also serves in the Membership Committee, Alternate Revenue Committee, Government Affairs Committee, Education Committee and Diversity Committee for the Gaston Association of Realtors. and she is the Vice Chair of the Diversity Committee for the State, NC Realtors. She serves on the Board of Directors of NAHREP (National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals). She was the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Cleveland County Chamber of Commerce in 2016. She was President of the Cleveland Industrial Relations Association twice. She serves on the Board of the Sisters Cities of Gastonia. She is a member of the Board of Directors of Life Enrichment Center in Shelby, NC. She says: " I love to help people achieve their goals whatever they are, buy a house, become a better professional, or whatever they want to achieve in life. I've been very blessed in life and I strongly believe in giving back and help others". She got her Real Estate sales license in 2003 and her Real Estate brokers license in 2005.
Patsy is the President-Elect of Gaston Association of Realtors 2021.
