Incredible Support and Dedication!

Buying my first home was a rollercoaster, and I couldn’t have done it without Patty. Initially, the first bank wasted a lot of time, only to deny my loan due to “insufficient NTC.” This put my deposit of $10,000 at serious risk, and I almost lost the house I wanted.

Patty didn’t give up. She found another bank that approved me. She was relentless, knowledgeable, and truly had my back every step of the way. Thanks to her persistence and dedication, I was able to close on my home.

Patty was strongly recommended by several of my family members who were very pleased in purchasing their homes with her as their realtor. At each step in the process, she remained actively engaged in promptly answering all of our questions concerning the RE process and our peripheral concerns (utilities, RE taxes, water/sewer ... lawn care needs).
