First there’s the Patty hug. Yes we are in a pandemic but you have to get one. It’s like a handshake. It shows you everything about her from her character, her integrity to her passion for what she does. She fights for her clients, she’s honest, makes you feel as though you are the only one, professional and very knowledgeable. Fully put your trust in her. Mrs. Orange was an all around phenomenal woman throughout this whole process! I really have no complaints at all. She was extremely helpful, patient, thorough, responsive, and EXTREMELY professional! I was extremely hesitant about getting a realtor so early in the process because I don’t like people breathing down my neck and pushing me to just buy. Let me put your mind at ease and let you know, Mrs. Orange did not do that. She is consistent with trying to find you exactly what you want, to make sure you’re completely happy. This is our second time working with Patricia! She helped us find our starter home in 2016, so when we got ready to sell and upgrade we knew she was just the person to call! Patricia was a dream to work with. She was referred to us by a friend and it was the best decision to work with her. Patricia is very personable and makes you feel at ease. Patricia was recommended to me and I am glad I went with her. She gave great feedback prior to putting the house on the market and gave us tons of information because we were stuck between renting our home and selling. Patricia made sure we were comfortable with our decision. We originally received our asking price but ran into issues with the first offer and they were unable to secure their home loan. Patricia quickly put our home back on the market and the process was smooth. We had so much going on with the pandemic, buying a home in GA but Patricia communicated with us frequently, put signs in our home to make sure potential buyers wore a mask and brought in great vendors. Despite all that was going on we were able to sell the home and we are happy with our experience.

Patricia is great with communication, is very professional and friendly. She got to know our family and really cared about our experience. It was an overall wonderful experience. You won’t regret going with her!!!
