I was very satisfied with my experience with Patty. She knows the area where my house was located very well and brought me offers within the first weekend the house was available. Being an out-of-state seller, I needed Patty and her partner, Taryn Peel, to check on my house. This was done on a regular basis, and Patty met a repair person at the house for me. She and her partner were total professionals and I highly recommend them. I did not rate the category of negotiation skills only because it was an issue in my case.

Patty devotes 100% of her time to her clients and makes you feel like you're the only seller/buyer she has. She is extremely receptive to wants/needs and has a ton of experience to offer advice on what the best step for you to take is, and being a first time buyer at the time meant she had TONS of advice to offer us. She is the epitome of a professional and always answers your calls/emails/texts no matter the time of day, even years after we bought/sold a home with her. Her patience, welcoming demeanor, supportive attitude, passion, and dedication are incomparable. I cannot recommend anyone more highly than Patty.
