About Patricia
Pat has been around real estate most of her career. She spent over 25 years working with some of the major real estate chains before deciding to start her own office. In 1983 she was licensed as a real estate agent in the state of Ohio and worked in the field of residential, commercial and farm properties.
2006, Pat and her husband Don moved to the Nashville area and soon after, she obtained her Tennessee real estate license and began focusing on commercial real estate; she specialized in raw land for development near interstates.
