Patricia Singleton

She grew up on a 1,000 acre, six generational, family ranch in Burnet County as well as the sons she raised raised. Tricia’s expertise come from not only growing up on a ranch, but also owning her Land Clearing Business for 25 years. Additionally, Tricia has been buying and selling farm/ranches, recreational properties, hunting properties, recreational properties, residential and investment properties for over 10 years.

Tricia’s experience and passion for land has lead to a real estate career. She has been marketing, selling and locating acreage for clients across the Texas Hill Country from Burnet County, Lampasas to Llano, and Mason to Fredericksburg.

She also loves to hunt and fish. The Rocksprings area is well known by Tricia due to hunting there over 50 years. She has a broad knowledge base that she is able to pass along with relentless dedication and enthusiasm.
