Patrick is such a kind, knowledgeable, and patient person and realtor. It was a very difficult process finding the right realtor before even starting the home searching process. Patrick is courteous and responsive. He works hard and pays attention to details. He knows how to stage a house for sale and has a marketing strategy. He hired a professional to take great photos and make an impressive video for our listing.
Our house got two offers on the first day. He helped us negotiate and navigate through the buying frenzy. After contracting, he took care of the process, ironed out the wrinkles, and kept us updated till the final settlement. We felt reassured all the way. We highly recommend Patrick as your realtor.

Patrick's process in finding a home was swift and productive. I was pregnant with my first child and needed to find a suitable home in a timely manner. He prepared me with expectations and walked me through every phase, keeping me confident and positive in finding an ideal location. As these things are sometimes never stress free, Patrick's knowledge and prompt responses kept me at ease. The best part is knowing that he had my best interests in mind the entire time and would make sure I was happy not only with the process but also with the results. He took the time to explain terminology and processes, and find homes that included what was on my request list in a realistic way so that I could compete in the market, unlike other realtors I had experienced. Even after we were under contract he was looking for ways to save me additional money. UPDATE: I sold my first home! and Yes, just like when I purchased, I want to Thank Patrick for making sure to provide me the best advice, guidance, patience, and getting me a great offer! He made sure to walk me step by step starting from the day I contacted him to let him know I was ready to sell -> to analyzing the correct selling price -> to then getting me a much much higher offer than what I imagined! -> until making sure the settlement office was sending me my money right away.😄

First I want to say Thank you to Patrick Beasley for his knowledge and support in my home buying process. I was very new to all these home buying terms, numbers, steps...etc and I had made the decision to start this journey by myself so it was important for me to find a realtor that could help me understand it all with out feeling unsure to ask as many big or small questions about it all. He explained things in very simple ways to me, contacted those who best new the answers to my questions and concerns as he wanted to make sure I got the correct information and this made me feel more comfortable and sure about this being the right move. One of the things that I liked most was how patient he is and prompt when getting back to my emails and phone calls. It can get heck tick with joggling work and searching for a home but Patrick was well prepared to have been flexible with me in going to see many places until finding the right one. He did not assume but instead made sure he knew what type of home I was looking for and what kinds of things were important for me. I am also happy to share that I was able to purchase at a lower price than what my condo appraised for thanks to Patrick! Even after I moved he made sure I had what I needed to start settling in with contact information to services I may or may not need in the future, this well as you can imagine made things a bit easier in the process of moving and figuring things out. :) I am a happy Home owner now!

Patrick is an absolute legend - if you're in the market for a realtor who can get the job done, he's your guy!

My wife and I were first time home buyers living overseas and were making plans to move back to MoCo and a friend of ours, who was in a similar boat recently, spoke very highly of his expertise. That turned out to be the best recommendation we've ever had. During our first virtual introduction, he spent several hours educating us on the whole process, helping to set our expectations, and helping us build a home buying team (lender, title company, insurance provider, inspectors, etc.) that would be successful in this competitive market.

Patrick quickly stood out to be incredibly kind, thoughtful, and patient with our many, many, many questions throughout the home buying process. We found ourselves buying during the hottest market in the last 30 years with record low inventory, during Christmas season, and just before interest rates were skyrocketing so as you can imagine, it was fiercely competitive. Here's the thing though - despite the craziness of the market, Patrick ensured we had our homework done and had a decisive strategy ahead of finding any homes that we wanted to make a move on. As a result, when we found the home of our dreams, we were able to execute a precision strategy to ensure we not only had our offer accepted and went under contract in record time (about 20 days from starting our home search), but also closed on time, and paid well under asking price and locked in our mortgage rate before it spike up by nearly 2% - all while 4,000 miles away! The stats don't lie, this level of success in the current market only comes from working with a realtor who is a professional, expert in their county, and has your best interests at heart.

I had an amazing experience working with Patrick Beasley. I was overwhelmed with just knowing I was starting the process to purchase my home but as soon as I met and started working with Patrick it all went away. He walked through each step, was patient, very knowledgeable, and made sure all our questions were answered. I knew right then that I was not going to have any issues with the process of buying my home and sure enough it was true. Everything went so well and I even got my fireplace I wanted. I defiantly highly recommend Patrick. He is the perfect person to work with if you are looking to buy a home.

It was wonderful working with Patrick Beasley, he helped us buy our first home. From start to finish he was there at anytime and answering all of our questions. Patrick made us feel comfortable thought the whole process. His homebuying workshop helped us get an idea on what steps we needed to take which made us get ahead in the process. He looked out for our best intrest instead just selling a house he gave us tips on what to look for. We saw as many properties as we needed before making a decicion. As well as he maintained a safe environment while showing us homes with safe distance and always wearing a mask - it made us feel safe and comfortable around him even with our kids. We 1st went to Patrick's 1st time homebuyer's seminar in fall of 2019. The purchase of a home after receiving that information given made it seem much more attainable than anytime before. We started officially in April of this year and Patrick as our agent and just closed on our home yesterday. He really wants you to succeed in the journey that is purchasing a home and treats you with the care that it takes to do that. We'll miss catching up with Patrick to look at houses but we definitely know when it's time to look again who we are calling.

When I was searching for a Real Estate Agent in order to purchase a new home, I had several of them contacting me and all of them showed me homes. Every single Real Agent expected within one visit for us to make a decision on the home we see. However, it was not the case with Patrick Beasley of Keller Williams. He was a thorough professional in the subject of Realtor / Real Estate home buying process. He knew exactly what type of home we were looking, location, price, different features in the home etc.etc. At times there were homes available for the price but didn't have either one or some features we were looking for. At times there were homes available with the price we were looking for but the location was not quite right. Patrick was well aware and he kept us informed with homes that were about to come to market even before listing. This information was very helpful and to be prepared. We liked one home with all features and submitted our offer. But couldn't secure due to another buyer having offered a better price. When we came to know it was disappointing. But we never gave up and Patrick was always patient and encouraged us things do happen in that nature and not to give up. When we made the offer for our next home Patrick guided us once again with helpful tips. He kept us informed of all processes until we actually bought our new home as a first time home buyer. Patrick also made sure all relevant credits and discounts were offered to us when we purchase our home.
