Patrick is a highly skilled and motivated professional with a highly effective and systematic approach and Process.

As a buyer's agent, this process is inclusive of eliciting and collecting requirements (location, budget, educational amenities, size and more) to research and acquisition to eventually a smooth closing. As a seller's agent, this process includes requirements phase (intended selling price, etc.) to researching and collecting information such as "comparables" prices, easements etc. to optimal listing with pertinent information and pictures to eventual sale and closing at the fastest time possible.

I have been the beneficiary of Patrick's services on both fronts and been extremely satisfied in the past. And thus, he is my current buyer's agent in my endeavor to upgrade my primary residence and to acquire additional properties including land.
