Patrick Harvey was born in El Paso, TX. He graduated from the prestigious Deerfield Academy and then went on to the Florida Institute of Technology, where he received his B.S. in computer science and M.S. in applied mathematics.
Upon graduation, Patrick launched a consulting company providing computer-related support. This led into a role in the semiconductor business, where he worked for GTE Microcircuits and then Microtest. For a few years, Patrick worked as a commercial river guide, rafting the Colorado and Green Rivers through Utah and the Grand Canyon. In the off seasons, he sang with the Scottsdale Symphony Chorale and was an instructor at Arizona Mountaineering Club. It was during that time that Patrick also obtained his pilot’s license.
Patrick is an NLP instructor who attends many motivational and self-improvement events as a facilitator, due to his talents in negotiation, presentation, coaching, and neurolinguistic programming (NLP). He also hosts investment seminars to teach attendees to make better choices about the most important aspects of their lives, including business, investments, and relationships.
Patrick obtained his real estate license in 2004 and has built his practice around relationships. Anyone can help buyers and sellers with their real estate needs, but it takes focus and dedication to care about those clients and help them realize their objectives.
