As first-time home buyers, we were admittedly ignorant and a bit intimidated by the process. Patrick took us step by step, explaining everything succinctly and helping us close on a great home.

We requested a bunch of showings over the course of a few months, and Patrick always enthusiastically booked them and arrived at them prepared with plenty of insight.

He also respected the pace at which we were comfortable. Initially, we were just dipping our toes in, and he never pushed us to do anything more; then, when we found the place we loved and needed to act quickly, he seemed to drop everything in his life to help us close. (There were about a dozen more steps to get from closing to moving in, and again Patrick guided us through each one.)

Along the way we leaned on Patrick’s advice about various aspects of properties and how they could help or hurt the value of a home. Patrick has a ton of knowledge about his industry, and he was a great companion to us. He's not a bad pickleball player, either.

Patrick did a phenomenal job working with me to buy my first home. I went with him based on a colleague’s experience and recommendation and I am so glad I did! He went above and beyond to be available whenever I needed him, even just to ask a simple question. He made a process that seemed very daunting and intimidating extremely easy and efficient. He was there every step of the way for as much as I needed him to be; from setting up the home search to connecting me with a variety of lenders to make sure I was set up as best as I possibly could be. I’m hoping to be in my new home for awhile but when I need to sell or buy again, I will absolutely be coming back to Patrick!

Cannot recommend Patrick highly enough. He helped us buy our first home during the peak of the real estate market in 2021 and worked absolute magic. He is one of the most responsive people I have worked with in any capacity and on top of that is kind, patient, and an expert realtor. He's energetic and attentive without being pushy. He walked us through every step of the process, found us a house we hadn't come across ourselves and managed to get it for us off market when most sales were resulting in massive bidding wars. Honestly cannot say enough good things about Patrick, he's the best.
