Patrick Hill

I have lived in the Annandale area my entire life. I grew up on Clearwater Lake, and I am a graduate of Annandale High School. After high school I attended St. Cloud State and Minnesota School of Business. I am a third generation realtor and I bring with me extensive knowledge of the Annandale lakes area. I also specialize in helping first time home buyers make the thought of buying a new home a reality with great financing options. I have been a licensed realtor since 2005. Prior to joining the family business, I was a residential appraiser for 4 years. My expertise and commitment to the business makes me an exceptional choice for your real estate needs.

In my spare time, I enjoy golfing, softball, hunting, fishing and spending time with friends and family. I am a former member of the Kimball Golf Course Board and I am an active member of the Annandale Lions Club. I currently live in the Annandale area with my wife Eva, our daughter Melinda Joy (MJ),our son Jackson, and our yellow Lab Dakota.
