Patrick Hurley

Patrick has over 25 years of Real Estate experience. Started off selling a lot of Condo's, running ads, "I know Condo's". He soon got involved working with some builders, working in many subdivisions, became a manager for Cozy Homes for a couple of years, did everything from listing their homes to helping framing them sometimes. Have had the opportunity to remodel and flip a couple of homes. With a little construction background, gives him some insight on issues that buyers and sellers might come across during the process. The past few years he has been working with Relocation at JLS.

His background and my knowledge of the area helps him help clients new to the area, and he can generally help them find the right area and home to move to. He's born and raised here. Went to North Eugene HS, and went to Lane Community College as a Phys-Ed major. He is married to his wife Robbi for 17 years, he has a daughter and 2 sons.
