He was very communicative, understood the process of buying a home well, anticipated and headed off problems and was great at helping strategize during the negotiation process. Patrick is smart,energetic,hard driven professional realtor. I was an out of state seller with a out of country potential buyer. Patrick negotiated a fair offer from the buyer and all that was left was the closing, until the hurricane disrupted the process. Patrick provided house updates and contacted service providers to clean up the property even when he was relocating his own displaced family and accessing his own personal property damage. Due to his hard work and professional guidance, we still closed on our originally scheduled closing date. In the process, I made a friend. Thank you Patrick!

We had multiple offers above what I thought was the an already high ask on sale the of our investment properties and he negotiated a fantastic deal on our new home. He and his team are amazing real estate agents that made my home buying experience painless and extremely easy. He was very patient with me and went above and beyond finding a home that met my never ending list of needs and wants to find a perfect home. He was fantastic to work with!

He is the most professional, honest and forthcoming real estate agent out there. He truly cared about me and what I wanted in a home. Patrick was an amazing realtor to work with. I contacted him in 2017 while I was still living in Minnesota and not entirely sure I was going to move to Florida. He took time to go over my (many) questions regarding buying a home in Florida and told me to contact him if I made the move. After I arrived in Florida, I needed to find a home that fit my wants list rather quickly. Patrick was able to connect me to a broker, and, when I didn't find the pool home I was looking for; a reputable pool builder. He was always timely with his responses and made the process very easy. Since then, he has helped my good friends find their home in Florida as well. We also stay in communication regarding new selling and buying options and is always patient to talk through my ideas with me. I would recommend Patrick many times over (and do!).
