Pat helped us find our dream home! The second house Pat showed us we knew he hit the nail on the head. Pat guided us through the home buying process and made us feel like pros even though we were first timers! Pat helped us through every step including creating an offer that landed us our home. Patrick helped me look for houses and condos/co-ops for over a year. He was patient and informative given that I was a first time home buyer. He was also very professional and responsive.
