Prior to building a successful real estate brokerage team, Patrick served as an officer in the US Navy. He uncovered a passion for real estate while in the Navy and began investing in San Diego real estate while in the military, eventually pursuing a full-time real estate career after transferring to the Navy Reserves.

Patrick graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy with a bachelor's degree and continued his education at UCLA, where he received his MBA with certificates in finance and entrepreneurship. He then earned a Masters Degree in Real Estate from the University of San Diego. His combined years of academic and practical knowledge have given him the necessary skills to become a trusted advisor to his clients.

To ensure his clients receive the best experience possible, Kappel Realty Group focuses on educating their clients. While he started in the commercial real estate field, Patrick realized he wanted a more client-based approach and transitioned to residential. Patrick loves helping individuals grow their generational wealth through homeownership and real estate investment, and he considers it his duty to provide his clients with the tools they need to understand the market's economic conditions.

Patrick owns several investment properties and has worked within both the commercial and residential fields, setting him apart from his competitors. His varied background has helped him to foster extensive knowledge of the financing and sales process. And while many of his clients are veterans and real estate investors, Patrick is equally adept at working with first-time home buyers and those looking for their family's forever home.
