Patrick Kellett is a licensed Real Estate Broker and GRI (A professional designation indicating core competence in all areas of the profession). He is a former teacher in the San Dieguito Union High School District and has been involved in real estate sales and development for all of his adult life.
He is a graduate of Loyola Marymount University and holds a Master’s Degree in International Relations and teaching credentials in Elementary and Secondary Education from the University of San Diego. He often lectures at the local Community College in Real Estate, Real Estate Development, and Real Estate Finance.
Patrick and Leanne his wife of 25 years, have three children.
Patrick enjoys all aspects of the real estate profession; from assisting first time home buyers with the realization of their dreams, to working with seasoned investors to accomplish their objectives. With his offices in North County and his residence in Carlsbad – his geographical area of expertise runs along the North San Diego County Coastline from Del Mar, Solana Beach and Cardiff to Encinitas, Carlsbad and Oceanside.
He continues to be actively involved in various aspects of Real Estate Development – including site acquisition, the permitting of entitlements, construction, and sales.
He is the Real Estate Development Manager for Black Rock Coffee Bar – Commercial Coffee Drive-Thru locations in Southern California. He is a member numerous Real Estate Broker Associations, including North San Diego County Association of Realtors and the California Regional Multiple Listing Service.
Patrick has previously been the Broker of Record and has represented the United States Federal Government (the Securities Exchange Commission) throughout the State of California in the sale of assets seized in criminal and civil investigations.
