Patrick Koenig

Patrick C. Koenig has been active in the real estate industry for over 27 years, acting as a real estate broker, manager and developer of commercial properties. He began his career with Boulevard Bank in Key West where he served as loan officer and bank supervisor. In 1983 Patrick joined W.G. Lassiter, Jr., a prominent south Florida real estate developer as a licensed real estate broker. In 1996, Mr. Koenig joined Richard S. Johnson and Scott A. Johnson to form Flagler Realty & Development, Inc based out of West Palm Beach. Working as a property developer and licensed real estate broker, he developed an impressive client list of nationally recognized retailers which included Publix, Winn-Dixie, Wal-Mart, Target and Home Depot. As a principal of the company, Mr. Koenig brings his comprehensive approach to real estate leasing, management and development to a wide range of clients including investors and owners of real estate properties.
