We witnessed how Pat worked with our children selling their home. Based on what we saw we choose Pat to represent us in the sale of our own house. Pat was there to guide us through the process, offering suggestions as well as answering our multiple questions. In the end our home was only on the market for 16 days. I did not think selling a home could be this easy - But it was thanks to Pat and his team. From the first engagement through closing each step of the process was explained in great detail to include any potential risks, challenges, and opportunities. Communication and transparency is key to any partnership and Pat’s team exceeded our expectations. Bonus - We were able to negotiate a fair price prior to hitting the open market which was awesome. No open house. No people walking through home. No anxiety. Unlike other agents we felt no pressure to list on the open market. It is not possible to improve on what has been said by others about Pat Komiske and his real estate knowledge and ability. All throughout the sale of our property he followed up with my wife and I regularly. He guided us through the sometimes difficult process to completion. Pat is honest, a man of integrity and someone who can think out of the box. If you need to sell property in the D. C metro area, you will not find a better real estate agent who will truly care about you. If I could give him a "10" I would, he is that good.

When I decided to put my home up for sale I knew having the right realtor would make a huge difference. I interviewed several realtors and Pat stood out from the others. He was professional but also had a matter of fact attitude which I appreciated.
During the process Pat kept in close contact with me and always was even tempered even during a couple of unexpected turn of events. I never felt out of the loop. Fortunately my home sold quick and then Pat helped walk me through evaluating the offers and the subsequent selection of a buyer and the closing on the sale.
Pat also had the power of the support system at Northrop which allowed things to get done that didn’t need his level of expertise. Overall I’m glad I was able to work with Pat. Selling your home can be emotional and knowing he was there when I needed advice was a great benefit. I recommend Pat as your realtor without any hesitation.
