Patrick Lally

A lifelong resident of the western suburbs, Patrick has over 25 years of real-world building, finance and real estate experience. His seasoned knowledge of the industry along with his commitment to client expectations is the winning formula he brings to a successful transaction for his clients. Raised as the oldest son of four children, Patrick’s hardworking attitude is a direct result of his Irish immigrant parents who came to America to live the “American Dream.” Throughout his young adult life, Patrick worked in his family’s construction business where materials, craftsmanship and attention-to- detail mattered! He learned at a young age that honesty, hard work and personal service were the reasons why the family business was so successful.

After graduating from Purdue University with a B.S. in Finance, Patrick worked for a Fortune 500 company as a Regional Vice President and Financial Advisor where relationship building was the foundation for his success. While working at his corporate “day-job,” Patrick and his wife spent their free time purchasing and renovating neglected homes. This part-time hobby led Patrick to develop and construct new homes for families to enjoy. During the building and remodeling process, Patrick partnered with architects and various subcontractors to develop homes with green technology and exceptional craftsmanship. Today, Patrick’s “hands-on” construction and architecture knowledge allow him to really help his clients when previewing potential homes.

Patrick believes that a successful purchase or sale of a property is a direct result of strong negotiation and communication skills coupled with marketing initiatives that out perform the competition. Patrick understands that a home purchase is one of the largest investments his clients will make, and this process is something he looks upon as if it were his own investment. This ensures his clients an extraordinary home buying or selling experience. The value that he brings to his clients is his dedication and attention to their needs. He has always understood that the real estate industry is truly about creating relationships for life. This mindset entrenched with high ethical standards helps him develop referral sources and clients who often become friends.

As a current member of his church Finance Committee and the Assistant Athletic Director of his children’s school, Patrick believes it’s his responsibility to give back to the next generation. As a young parent he also served as the President of the School Advisory Board for two years. Being a lifelong resident of the western suburbs, his areas of expertise are the southwest communities of Chicago. He currently resides in Downers Grove with his wife and their four children. To relax, Patrick enjoys playing sports, coaching his kids and crafting furniture and designing home projects.
