In addition to leading his team of high performing local real estate experts, Patrick is the proud owner of the Patrick McDowell Real Estate School and the Coach Pat business coaching platform for agents that are looking to take their careers to the next level. Patrick is involved in the industry as a designated instructor for required Code of Ethics and Fair Housing continuing education courses at the local Association of Realtors and serves as the Chair Person for the 2025 Realtor Grievance/Ethics Committee within the Kansas City Regional Association of Realtors.
