I've dealt with a lot of realtors over the years, and I've never met one like Patrick. Patrick is not just there for the sale. He is with you even after the sale to help you navigate the beach owner waters. He is not going to push you in a direction you don't want to go. Selling you something you don't like or need is of no benefit to him. He wants to find exactly what you are looking for, and not give up until he does. He is not going to just tell you what you want to hear. Sugar-coating is not one of Patrick's many talents. He is not going to give you false information just because he knows what you want and can make a sale. He is going to be honest, relentless, dependable, and available for anything you need. Your satisfaction is truly his primary goal.
