About Patrick

Patrick Olmstead has been a resident of San Diego for most of his life. This provides him with a unique perspective and a wealth of knowledge about La Jolla, Pacific Beach, Ocean Beach and the surrounding communities of San Diego. This knowledge and experience have proven to be invaluable in helping to provide the right fit for his buyer's needs and the insight necessary to effectively market his seller's properties quickly and for the highest price. One of the keys to Patrick's successful advocacy on behalf of his clients over the years has been his background as a licensed attorney who practiced real estate law for a number of years before becoming a full-time real estate broker/agent. His skills and experience as an attorney have, on more than one occasion, made the difference between a successful transaction and one that does not close escrow.

Patrick also operated his own real estate brokerage business in the Bird Rock area of La Jolla for a number of years before transitioning to a full-time position as a broker associate for a major real estate firm in the Village of La Jolla.

Patrick's professional experience includes representing buyers and sellers in residential, investment and commercial real estate transactions. He provides his clients with the highest standards of service, professionalism and ethics with the aim always being to exceed his client's expectations while fulfilling their needs as buyers and sellers of real estate. Patrick is a graduate of Marquette University and Marquette University School of Law. He attended high school at University of San Diego High School.
