Patrick Quinlan

Patrick Quinlan was born and raised in South Bend, Indiana and is 1 Big Irish Fan! He moved his family, wife Eileen, daughter Meghann and son Michael, to Cape Coral in 1996. He has been in residential and commercial real estate since 2005. Successfully helping clients buy, sell, invest and lease property that is just the right fit for their dreams and desires.

He has worked in several different capacities within this community, giving him a unique perspective on Southwest Florida, especially Cape Coral. From roles in the hospitality business to advertising and marketing, Patrick’s diverse set of skills have led him to be successful in any endeavor he takes on.



Patrick feels fortunate to have formed a large network of friends and business associates. Patrick will go the extra mile to act as your personal real estate consultant – helping you through the entire real estate transaction, and finding the solutions to your real estate needs; all with a very positive attitude. Patrick believes that those he helps by his good works are his friends, not to be left alone when he has completed the work. And Patrick has never met a stranger.



Patrick’s perspective on life is to give back to the community, take the extra step to help others, and always steer people in a positive direction. He is a true believer in teamwork, and that helping others be the best they can be is the key to success.
