Pat also brings the added skills of construction background. Pat’s early career was on the commercial construction side of the business. Managing several large corporate developments. When structuring a deal Pat assists his clients in the understanding of costs, schedule, and logistics of a construction project whether it’s an interior build out or new construction. A valuable asset not found by many other brokers in the industry.
Pat has always prided himself on his ability to solve numerous challenges that arise during the real estate transaction process and create value for his clients. In order to manage those challenges, Pat takes a consultative approach with all of his clients. He stresses early interaction so he can listen and understand his client’s real estate goals. Then from that information formulate a strategic approach to surpass the expectations of his clients.
