Patrick Turner

Patrick Turner can pinpoint his budding passion for people and sales to when he was a young teen building a neighborhood clientele for his private lawn-care service. Patrick's interest in land services evolved and he began his professional real estate career in 2004 as a licensed sales associate in Traverse City, MI. In 2006, Patrick hit the road with his sales skills and began to acquire land and leasing rights for brokerage firms within the energy industry. Consistently recognized as both a top performer and someone with the ability to rapidly adapt to changing environments, Patrick was offered work in several states including MI, NY, OH, PA and WV, each with their unique laws and requirements pertaining to the industry. It was during this time and through these opportunities that Patrick developed a disciplined work ethic and embraced the importance of becoming a very good listener. Patrick naturally builds strong relationships and has enjoyed working with people from different geographies and diverse backgrounds. He now brings his passion and 15 years of real estate experience to FL having recently purchased a home himself, along with his wife Rachael. He is looking forward to getting to know his neighbors, the community he lives in and all that the beautiful Gulf Coast has to offer. Patrick believes each day is an opportunity to add value to the lives of those around us and looks forward to assisting both buyers and sellers with their real estate needs.
