Patrick Urbainczyk is a dedicated real estate professional with a lifelong connection to Seminole County, where he moved in 1988. His educational journey began at Lake Mary Elementary, and he was among the first students to attend Heathrow Elementary when it was newly built. Patrick continued his education at Greenwood Lakes Middle School and graduated from Lake Mary High School.

Patrick's passion for real estate was ignited early on, helping his mother, who is also a real estate professional. In middle school, he delivered flyers to neighborhoods on his roller blades, and in high school, he assisted with data input. After graduating, Patrick worked full-time with his mother, gaining valuable experience in marketing, photography, and courier services.

In 2007, Patrick obtained his real estate license and has been practicing full-time ever since. He has developed extensive expertise in residential, luxury, short sales, and REO properties. Patrick has successfully sold homes from New Smyrna Beach all the way to Davenport, showcasing his broad knowledge of the Central Florida market.

Having witnessed the development of Seminole, Orange, and Volusia counties over the years, Patrick brings a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of the local real estate landscape. He is committed to providing exceptional service and helping his clients achieve their real estate goals.
