Patsy Whiteley

Patsy Whiteley, a lifelong resident of Kent County, MD, I have been an active Realtor since 1982. In 1989 I founded Whiteley & Associates Realty, which became a leading Real Estate firm in Kent County and was purchased by Champion Realty in 2000, which I managed the Chestertown office until the recent merger with Long & Foster. I am an Associate Broker and a graduate of the Graduate Realtor Institute. I have won 5 Realtor of the Year awards from the Kent County Board of Realtors, and from the MD State Association of Realtors I won the Community Service Award for Small Board. I specialize in first time home buyers, second home buyers, investment buyers, and waterfront homes. Looking forward to continually serving the Real Estate needs of the area.
