About Patti

Patti is the Vice-President of Sales for Broward County as well as a Broker at Lowell International Realty. She brings close to 30 years of Real Estate experience in the South Florida Real Estate market as she has been a licensed real estate broker since 1986.

Patti grew up in Connecticut and moved to Las Vegas with her husband shortly after they were married. In 1984 they moved to Hollywood, Florida and presently have a home in Davie, FL along with a household of family pets that she loves to spoil. In her spare time, Patti is incredibly involved in her Martial Arts training and has achieved a third-degree Black-Belt in Cuong Nhu Martial Arts. Along with her husband they taught evening classes for over 18 years to adults at Nova Southeastern University for free to university students to give back to the community.

Patti got her start in condominium conversion in the 80’s before she successfully transitioned to new home construction and sales. Patti has been instrumental in marketing and selling custom built homes in numerous developments throughout South Florida, most recently for Lowell Homes.

Patti was the Sales & Marketing Director for Lowell Homes up until 2008 where she led sales efforts for Lowell Homes’ new home communities from West Palm Beach to Homestead. Patti returned to the company after a five-year hiatus during which she ran her own brokerage. Today, Patti once again manages sales efforts for the Lowell Companies‘ new construction in Broward and Palm Beach Counties.
