Patti Codiga

Patti's knowledge of the real estate market, enthusiasm, and dedication has proven to be a successful combination for helping her clients buy or sell their homes and investment properties. She is consistently a top producer with our company because of her expertise and attention to detail. In 2017, Patti was awarded the highest volume of real estate sales in all of Whitefish through America's Best Real Trend. As a former property manager beginning in 1995, she helped to manage over 250 properties in the Flathead Valley. This experience with the local rental market and keen eye for a good investment has helped her clients make wise decisions. In 2002, she became a full-time real estate agent and in 2008 obtained her Broker's license. She has been with Glacier Sotheby's International Realty since the office opened in 2004. She specializes in investment property, vacation homes and residential sales throughout the Flathead Valley. Patti and her husband moved to Whitefish 26 years ago from Sacramento, California and raised their three children here. In her spare time, Patti enjoys downhill skiing at Whitefish Mountain Resort, cross country skiing, hiking in Glacier National Park every summer, and golfing.
