About Patti

I wanted to be a real estate agent since I was 16. My mom
worked in real estate in Northern Virginia as a broker’s
assistant for many years & I loved being around it. After I
graduated from college, my parents told me I had to get a
“real job” & since they had paid for my education, I
complied. Real estate is my third career. Upon
graduation, I joined corporate America as a financial
analyst. Once my babies came, I became the office
manager in my former husband’s law firm for 18 years.
When my marriage ended, I had to find a new job & a dear
friend reminded me that I always loved real estate. I
finally got to be what I wanted when I grew up!

In 2025 I have been named as part of the Top 100 agents for all
of the Long & Foster Brokerage which has over 6000 agents.
In 2019, 2022, 2023 & 2024 I ranked in the top 20 for
settled units ranking for L&F NOVA/WV region. My 2021
settled sales ranking for L&F NOVA/WV region was 9th out
of 1700 agents, 43rd in the Fredericksburg region of 1200
agents. I was delighted to receive the 2020 Good Neighbor
Award from the Fredericksburg Area Realtors Association.
It is a privilege to be given the opportunity to be involved
in this part of the journey in people’s lives. I take that
responsibility seriously. My integrity, determination and
enthusiasm will add value to your home buying and
selling experience.

I REALLY love my job and I am so grateful that is the case.
My life is enhanced everyday by the people and clients I
get to work with. But I also REALLY enjoy time with
my family, being outside and kayaking. I volunteer at the
Spotsylvania County Animal Shelter, my church and at
the homeless shelter.
