Patti was absolutely amazing to work with!! From the second we contacted her, she did not give up on our dream of buying in Aberdeen.

She accompanied us to an open house and had amazing info about each house we looked at. She has so many connections in the industry, which helped us in our search, inspection, closing, and beyond. We text her about a house which was set to start showing right before we left on vacation. She got us in to look the next day- and we ended up getting the house! She held our hand through the entire process and is incredibly easy to work with!

We absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy their dream home!

Patti was wonderful to work with when my parents were ready to sell their home of 60 years. Her insights and suggestions of what buyers were looking for helped us understand why some homes sit and others sell quickly. She priced their house fairly. She listed it on a Friday and we had 3 over listing offers by Sunday. She helped my parents understand the difference in the offers so that they could weigh the pros and cons of each. My parents chose a buyer that they felt comfortable with. The entire process went so smoothly. From listing to closing was less than a month! Patti really knows the Matawan Aberdeen area so well. She really knows what people are looking for and how to get the most out of your property.

First, I would like to say that I am thankful that I contacted Patti Naparstek. I received her name from a Professor at Brookdale Community College.
Patti has gone beyond what a realtor should have to do, I think. Patti had a lot of patience for the owner because this was an exceptionally long and incredibly unique situation.
Patti came in giving me detailed information on preparing the house for a viewing, always answering my texts, and taking my phone calls. If she was not available, she would return my calls.
She had all the contacts needed to help, like who to contact at the township office. She knew who to contact for getting help packing up for storage and having trash removed from the house. She helped with everything!
Patti, I really appreciate the time and hard work you put into helping this family sell their home.

I started with Patti about two years ago and at that time I wasn’t sure if I was going to sell. Patti never pressured or annoyed me with phones calls. In August I still wasn’t absolutely sure but Patti came over and worked out a plan and I said I would get back to her. Again no pressure. Then one day I woke up and I said let’s sell. She had it on the market in two days and before you know it five days later I had six offers. She was very professional, helpful knowledgeable through out the process. One of the hardest things to do was make a decision to sell our home after 33 years. We knew it was time and wanted to insure the right professional was chosen to list it. We chose Patti Neparstek from Remax Realty. Patti has been a neighbor and friend for almost as long as we have been living here. Patti has shown she is very experienced and knowledgeable of the process by explaining to us in detail and answering all our questions. She kept us informed of her schedule so we could always reach her if necessary. All visits to the house were pre-scheduled with our consent and she insured all potential buyers were mortgage qualified. I give Patti Naparstek my strongest endorsement as a first-rate real estate agent. Patti exceeded all possible expectations and did everything possible and necessary to sell this house. I live several states away and Ms. Naparstek did virtually everything for me. She found, helped me choose, and managed contractors to haul contents, clean house, and other necessary functions. She wrote a wonderful, compelling description of the house which was quickly posted and widely distributed, and attracted many potential buyers. Patti did all the house tours and must have done a great job because we got many competitive offers on the house, including many bids substantially above opening asking price. Patti narrowed down the offers and negotiated a strong final price, which we accepted. She also took care of all the paperwork with local jurisdictions and advised on handling utilities and insurance. Ms. Naparstek also works closely with a skilled attorney who did a strong job closing the deal, juggling all the legal and settlement matters for a very fair fee.

Ms. Naparstek communicates well, was easy to reach, and was rapidly responsive to phone, email, and text. All the while, Patti was so pleasant to work with, is friendly, funny, honest, hard working, straightforward, and candid and tough when she needs to be. And always there when I needed her.

I was the executor of the estate of an elderly relative whose house was her principal asset. I was able to retain Patti Naparstek as the real estate agent to sell the house. Patti was excellent in every way. The property required a number repairs and upgrades before being placed on the market. Patti was prompt in providing referrals to appropriate contractors or artisans who did good work and were reasonable with their fees. She knew the neighborhood well and was on top of the status of market prices. She was also personable and thoughtful in assisting me with various decisions the had to be made as to how best to show the house. She also willingly took on many tasks that would have been difficult for me as an absentee executor who did not reside in the neighborhood of the property. I believe that her efforts contributed substantially to getting the maximum price for the house and concluding the transaction efficiently.
