Patti Smylie

Patti Smylie moved to Livermore, California with her family in 1967. She has observed many changes in Livermore since then. As a young person Patti Smylie can recall Livermore and Pleasanton being non-descript towns. Much has evolved in the Livermore Valley, starting with expansion of housing developments in the 1960’s-70’s, downtown redevelopments, wine industry and laboratory growth followed by business park expansions and the establishment of many parks and walking trails. Patti owes her success as a California licensed REALTOR® to the sales, marketing, and educational experience she gained while working in the field of public relations and as an elementary school teacher in Pleasanton and Livermore, CA. There she learned the importance that attention to details in serving her clients and students alike and in meeting their needs.
