In real estate timing is everything! I received my real estate license during a difficult period in California’s real estate history. This was the best education (aside from my Bachelors degree) I could have received. I was able to learn more than just the standard buy or sell market; I also gained experience and understanding of short sales & REO’s. As a real estate agent it is important to have a good mix of education and experience I believe I have that mix. I have been employed in the corporate world for twenty years; I have vast experience with contracts and negotiations. I understand the importance of doing my job right and making my clients happy.
