Patty Delgado worked with my fiancé and me for months to try and find us a forever home. She stuck by us through all of the ups and downs with this crazy market! We went on numerous showings, and were out bid several times which had us discouraged and ready to quit. Patty was great and made our home buying process very easy for us. She listened to our needs during our first meeting with her and was able to identified for us the houses we houses we were in the market for. When we had houses we wanted to see, she was able to secure a appointment to go look at them right away. She was very thorough when first explaining the whole process. When we had a house we liked, she was very quick at making the offer on our behalf. She was always on top of the whole process and always available for any questions we had. It was a pleasure working with her.

Patty was amazing. She explained everything from the first moment we met in great detail and was quick to respond to us when we called or texted. I am grateful she was our agent because she even talked me through moments of doubt and wanting to give up with the sellers market that was happening.
