Coming from Pittsburgh, PA, I was very confused upon my arrival in Fort Lauderdale as to the condo market. I met Patricia while helping a friend search for a possible future home. Patricia talked extensively about the condo market upon our first meeting. I was truly impressed with her wealth of knowledge! She knew so many nuances about the market that I decided she would be my realtor for my search and potential future condo in Fort Lauderdale. She always makes herself available no matter what the question. We have kept in touch and she sends me listings as they come up. I am sure that she will make my future purchase a reality! We worked with a couple different agents throughout our long house hunting process, and ultimately it was Patricia who was able to deliver for us. Not only did she identify the house for us, but she also helped negotiate a purchase for well under the listing price. Additionally, the home appraised for higher than our purchase price. As first time home buyers, Patricia patiently guided us through the process of purchasing a home and aided us with questions from contract to close.
