I highly recommend using Patty Gallagher as your real estate professional.
My husband I began looking for a home on the CT shore in November of 2021. The market was challenging to say the least. Houses were going to contract very quickly. Patty would get us information and showings as soon as she knew of homes that fit our needs. She also helped us expand our search area by giving us great information on towns that we were unfamiliar with; in fact we purchased a home in Clinton, a town not on our original list. She was exceptional during the negotiation phase when put in offers.
We are in love with the house we purchased in Clinton and know that without Patty advocating for us, we would not be living here.
