About Patty

Buying her first home prior to graduating from The University of South Alabama with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Education ignited Patty Hallmark’s journey to becoming a Realtor. Her passion for helping people is a genuine trait that has flourished due to her trustworthiness, dependability and detail-oriented commitment to excellent customer service.
Education also led Patty to her tech-savvy mindset as she began her educational endeavors teaching Computer Applications at Southeast College of Technology. She taught Business Education and Technology Education for 14 years and did so last at Robertsdale High School (RHS). Patty was an advisor for the Technology Student Association where her students competed on the local, state and national level. One of her proudest moments was witnessing her RHS student accept the fourth place National Award for Graphic Design.
Both education and the love for water brought her to Baldwin County beaches and its wonderful communities at an early age. Patty has a unique knowledge of the market as she has had the pleasure of calling Orange Beach, Gulf Shores, Daphne, Fairhope, Barnwell, Bon Secour and Foley home since 1982. She loves fishing and Bob, her husband, is an avid golfer.
Patty and Bob have always had an entrepreneur spirit. After being encouraged by family and friends, in 2004, they opened The Tin Top Restaurant & Oyster Bar in Bon Secour. Now in its 13th year, they have had the pleasure and opportunity to make some wonderful life-long friends that range from the Snowbirds of the North to the Southeast states and specifically, Baldwin & Mobile County areas.
